In addition to celebrating the work of students, EUReCA provides an opportunity for outstanding mentors of student research, scholarship, and creative activity to be recognized.
A good mentor is not only readily accessible to assist students with their work, but s/he also provides a quality environment for students to grow in their capabilities and further their professional development. A good mentor continues to provide leadership and advice beyond just the classroom setting.
Each mentor must receive two nominations to be considered for this award. At least one nomination must come from a current undergraduate student giving a current or past EURēCA presentation/poster mentored by the nominated faculty. A second endorsement can be from either a current or former student.
